I was in the process of selecting a builder to lift my home to be in compliance my town regarding the base flood elevation of my home. Dream Homes was recommended to me by my neighbor and friends who chose Dream Homes to complete their lift, so I got to see first hand how the process worked and how the lift took place. I also saw other homes that Dream Homes had lifted and completed. I called Vince Simonelli at Dream Homes in December and he was very receptive to my questions (and there were many) about the process and answered all my questions without hesitation. Vince spent a lot of time on the telephone with me and I immediately felt comfortable about choosing Dream Homes as my builder to complete the lift and everything else involved with this monumental task of raising a house. I have on several occasions met with Vince and his staff and they are extremely professional, and I felt immediately at ease after the first meeting with having them complete the whole process. The lift took place in May and we are now in the home stretch of the adventure. Any and all of my concerns along the way have been handled quickly and professionally and with compassion. Vince and his team the contractors he has working for him are to be commended for the way they do business. I look forward to completing this journey and I am happy to have chosen Dream Homes to be my builder. I highly recommend their business to do your house raising or renovation.

Dream Homes was a life saver for us. We had a contractor desert us and Valerie and Vince came to our rescue. hey corrected the some issues from previous contractor and gave us great ideas for things we had left to do. In the wake of Superstorm Sandy, our house was left in need of complete first floor restoration and raising. To make matters worse, our home office was closed until further notice and we urgently searched for temporary space. Fortunately we wound up crossing paths with Vince Simonelli, who generously rented us some inexpensive office space. As we got to know Vince, we quickly learned that he was a successful large volume builder and was rapidly developing a sincere desire to jump in and get involved with helping rebuild the area. During the days of despair following the storm, we discussed with Vince the need we (and other Sandy victims) had for critical and reliable information. Rebuilding and raising houses are complex tasks in and of themselves. Add in the ever-changing Federal and State programs that many were forced to work with and the challenges raised by overburdened township officials, and it becomes easy to see why we needed not only a competent builder, but also a well-informed advisor. Vince serves both roles exceptionally well. His blog and seminars that continue to this day have helped more people than he probably realizes. When it was time for us to raise our house, we immediately gave Dream Homes Ltd. the keys. All facets of the project were handled with total professionalism, dependability and straightforward communication. There were never any surprises, and always a calm and patient voice on the other end of the phone whenever our anxieties about the lift nearly got the better of us.
