Vincent C. Simonelli
Chairman / CEO
Considered an expert in all aspects of real estate, finance and construction. Obtained and closed over $250M in real estate financing over 24 years which resulted in over 300+ commercial RE closings and 1500 retail sales and closings. Vince has testified at hundreds of planning and zoning boards for residential, commercial, and redevelopment applications. He can work easily and effectively with attorneys, accountants, engineers, and operations to achieve objectives with maximum effectiveness and minimum disruption.
Vice President, Human Resources and Project Manager
Since 2011, Office Manager/ VP Human Resources who is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, supervision and the training of office and field staff. She is responsible for the development of policy and procedures as well as the implementation of company protocol. She provides strategic leadership to all facets of human resource management as it pertains to staff in all components of Dream Homes, Ltd.. Oversees the daily management of all accounting operations as well as the maintaining of all customer contracts, vendor accounts and payroll service. Valerie assists RREM clients through the invoice and payment process and effectively prepares documents for payment submissions. Valerie continues her education with the attendance of educational seminars as well as classes.
